32 days after receipt the device stopped working. I sent it in and the factory said it was an SWR issue. My SWR has never exceeded f/1.7 on any antenna I've used it on. (mobile or basic) apparently it's so cheap that it can't work with SWR above 1.5 (according to instructions) the exchange took about 10 minutes. (it was a built in SWR meter) The factory now says I have to pay $67 to return the radio. I have already paid for shipping twice. This radio is nothing like my Midland or Kenwood. Lesson learned. Buy a well-known brand.
