I love the bladder and hose assembly (3L blue) BUT the "insulated bag" was the main reason I chose this product. I needed something to protect against condensation in my backpack when hiking and camping. Here the product deserves its 2 stars 😒. I wish the insulated bag would do what it was supposed to do, but in its current form I had my gear wet when I arrived at camp after a three mile hike. (Maybe I have a bad block?) The return window closed, so I think I'm stuck with that. (Pictures of condensation in my bag AFTER I put the insulated reservoir bag in another random plastic bag, which obviously still didn't help)
