This is a well made mirror, very strong and heavy. That being said, you'll need to make sure you get help hanging it and measure to make sure it will fit under your light fixture. If you have wall sconces, the 30" x 38" side turned out to be slightly larger than expected. but we were able to get it to work. Since it's heavy, make sure you use good suspension gear rated for the right weight, which was just over 25 pounds. It has good hooks on the back, but you'll need the appropriate cord and of course a wall mount strong enough to hold it. The edge of one page was slightly scratched, but not too noticeable and we will touch it up.
