These mugs are great for that morning juice. We usually put some kind of powdered supplement in there and eat all of our vitamins. The mugs are very durable and you can leave them on the counter for a while without fear of them falling apart with liquid inside. If I had to complain it would be because I had to buy such a large pack of these!
