Looks like a factory part. It's kind of a pain installing screws that are hard to start without falling off. I used the heatsink paste you use on computer processors between the mounting plate and the bottom of the part. The instructions call for dielectric grease, but after some research it turned out that heat dissipation paste is even better as its purpose is to keep the part cool and has nothing to do with electrical insulation. It's just a matter of durability and I'll keep you posted if it fails prematurely.
