After unpacking the lock I opened it with no problems. I then put this on my log splitter and tried to block it, it looks like it's blocked. The cable could not be inserted because it was blocked. Not unlocked, there are 2 red buttons on the side, didn't know if they were related to the lock, NO INSTRUCTIONS. I looked at Revain's reviews and found a similar situation. I brought my cable in and played around with it for about 10 minutes and it worked flawlessly.
