This AI chatbot is really useful especially if your business and potential clients are mainly online
The bot can be used as an agent of customer service department or for sales activities (for example - appointment scheduling).
It's easy enough even without technical knowledge you will manage it yourself! I think this tool has all necessary functionality but there should also be some additional options like sending files via email etc. There isn't much work around using apis so far we've been able only use them by creating our own applications which makes things more complicated than needed sometimes. Automation process was implemented into one project where after few days when everything started working smoothly everyone forgot about us :).

- Very fast response time from support team, they are very helpful in solving any issues that may occur during integration with their product.
- Possibility o send custom messages instead regular ones through API interface if required
- Good documentation provided along app development
