Ordered based on reviews and cost. The first time: It looked like the box had already been opened, but the entire mount looked like it would fit my 42" monitor. Started comparing the parts list and found ALL the mounting screws were missing. Packed and sent back. Small mistake, I'm sure that the next one will have all the necessary details. Second time: failure! This time the package didn't "appear" like it was opened, it was open. And there were no such screws. It would have all the parts. Seems solid. Came back and ordered a different mount.
