THEY DO WHAT INTENDED FOR

I like the free wheeling and ease of use. I use them when I am making Jerky. I make ground beef Jerky and these lets me really roll out the meet in slim strips. Just the right size. We have also rolled out pizza dough and they work well for that (makes the dough same thickness all over, something I can't get with fingers. Highly recommended. I would purchase again. JIM CABBELL
