I like that you can customize your messages for each recipient, which is really important when sending out mass emails about things such as sales or new product updates! It's easy enough to send bulk mails but sometimes it gets difficult if there are large groups of people in different divisions/companies within an organization (so many managers!). So far so good - haven't had any complaints yet; they're always receptive to suggestions. We use this tool daily at work because we have multiple departments spread across two states working together during off hours using our VPN connection from home through Teamviewer software while still being paid via Paypal / Venmo money transfer service. This helps us run meetings between employees without having them physically be present here locally due to time differences etc.; also great thing too do once every few months where everyone comes into town all one place since its not feasible otherwise given distance away locations & cost involved w moving offices around just because 1 day doesn.
