Controls are average

Heat mat seemed fine, what I didn't like was the hard plastic mat which was very flimsy. I have a heater that no longer works, I have a raised outdoor cat house with a small wire hole. But. The remote was right in the middle of the cable, a bad mistake so of course I sent it back. They have already credited my account which is great.
