I use this device to monitor and control 2 DVRs with security cameras (device supports up to 4). Installation was very easy. I first connected the HDMI cables from the DVRs to the KVM and then the USB cables from the DVRs to the KVM (included with the KVM). I then connected the HDMI cable from the monitor to the KVM. Then I connected the "mouse" to KVM. I connected the PSU to the KVM (it has a screw on the PSU to ensure good contact). Finally, plug the power adapter into a 110V AC outlet. At this point, KVM will start and all you have to do is control up to 4 devices by pressing any of the four buttons. You may be wondering why the name "GREAT Customer Service"? This is because customer service is the most important thing when you buy anything, especially electronics. So how do I know a company is providing great service? It's not that I had trouble installing KVM; but because ten months later I had a problem that I caused and so I contacted the company for help. Not only were they there to help me with my issue, but they stayed tuned in until it was resolved!
