These spacers are amazing value. My OEM struts lost pressure and didn't properly support my Magnum's tailgate in cold weather. I ordered them based on the great reviews. My dad and I tied the tailgate to a beam and I replaced the old racks in about 5 minutes. Prying off the retaining clips shouldn't be a problem with the right screwdriver. The new struts engage with medium or slightly above average traction. Thanks to these struts, the tailgate of my Magnum goes up a lot when it's cold. These shelves are worth every penny!
