Weak lightweight. The quality of the Herm Sprenger is not what it used to be
This is a genuine Herm collar, stamped, made in Germany but a far cry from the quality I thought it was 5 years ago bought another dog. Not sure if the weaker alloy is due to it being the 'black' version but presumably it's just powder coated so I'm afraid it's just the new normal for this brand. Too bad. The teeth bend so easily that a strong dog can deform them by simply pulling. Not recommended for a strong dog. The only plus is that the closure is comfortable.
