The filter is excellent. But no nut
I'm sure it filters well. Haven't checked my oil. But in the end the same one broke off, replacing the K&N filter trying to remove it. I ended up having to loosen the radiator bracket on my custom night sleep rod to insert oil filter pliers to remove it. The filter didn't seem any tighter than usual when I removed it with pliers. The nut is barely screwed on. Any stodgy mechanic is sure to come across a broken nut when removing.
