The difference between these and many others I've tried and returned is that they actually have a lot of tabs inside that you snap off know how to make sure they fit. The screw holes didn't line up perfectly with my standard door holes, but I was able to get them to work. Aside from being custom made, they worked great for me and gave me enough room to keep the speaker from hitting the window pane in my 98 Subaru Legacy GT's door. They weren't even made for this car, but I got them to work without cutting any tools. I tried 3 different sets of washers and only these were thoughtful enough to actually include additional tabs around the right hand side with holes to screw in.
