The rash guard fits well and seems to do the job. But don't get it dirty or anything because it won't come out! The color you see when my painting is washable stays on regular clothing, but I understand painting will not be a regular t-shirt activity. so, so I left it. However, traces of dirt and sand are not normal. The item shown has just been washed and pre-treated with OxyClean. My son wore this shirt for two days. Two days! We had a dark one from this brand when he was younger (he's 6 now) and had no issues so I don't know if it's a light color issue or a quality change. In any case, I ask you to return your money.
