Updated 10/18/2021 I have contacted support several times and always followed their instructions on how to get devices to work without distortion. Every direction I took that tech support gave me, I followed. Unfortunately, due to the passage of time, units are currently non-refundable. My loss and the company's gain. As soon as the technicians realized they had exhausted their ideas, they dumped me. Ah, such is life. These units are fine when there's no background noise, but for some reason I hear what I think is wind through the passenger block. My wife can close the protective mask but I still hear the noise. Another problem is that the connection becomes very bad as soon as we move on the street. other noises drown out the voice conversation. If only I could find a technical support number I would contact them, but no support number was found. I filled out their help form but they never responded. I can try to return them to Amazon if they let me.
