Very good sound from Raspberry Pi 4 with this DAC board at the right price! Installation was pretty easy - soldered a 2x20 connector and plugged it into my Pi-4. Install the software as described at https://github.com/Audio-Injector/stereo-and-zero. Instructions are shared between this board and one of their larger boards, so some steps are not required (and not followed). Once installed, any audio you play in the RPi will be routed through this DAC card and the volume control in the system tray will also work as expected. I'm going to use the power amp volume control, not the operating system volume control. Caution: It's a good idea to start testing with a very low volume setting on your amp as the output may be on the higher side. Line level and can blow up your speakers. Edit: After a few months of use I totally fell in love with this DAC. This is one of the highest quality audio sources I've ever had! I use the line out rather than the headphone jack to keep it as flat as possible. (I hope they don't have EQ mods for the line out). I miss foobar2000 a lot. For now, Audacious is good enough!
