Instructions included! You have enough in this kit to make four full candles and still have some wax left over. Soya is delivered divided into 4 bags. I melted a packet and the wax was enough for 2 full candles. You only get 2 scented oils and when you separate them you have 4 lightly scented candles. For potency I used 1 full bottle. I want them to label individual items. I didn't know what 3% meant. I can't say anything about the quality of the materials, but I was satisfied. I didn't have a scale to measure, but my candles still flowed well. I definitely recommend this set.
