Very suitable for most home cooks
The knife has an excellent balance and a pleasant grip. sense of quality and weight. The blade is thin, but sideways flex is minimal. I'm a guy with an average hand and the handle is just the right length. If you have big hands, you will find that the handle is a bit short. The packaging is great as a gift. The knife looks great when you open the packaging.
