I like how easy it was to set up an account with them, they were very helpful in getting me started and helped get my system setup within minutes of signing up! The only thing i dislike about this service is their customer support team not being as helpful when things go wrong or if there are problems. They do have great tech support but sometimes it takes awhile for someone to respond and help out. Try it once its free so your risk is minimal! We needed something to keep our machines running smoothly without having to send everything over to another provider. This has been working well thus far and will continue to work well into the future. I love how easy it makes scheduling workflows, getting everyone in the same room to discuss what needs attention! The biggest thing we dislike about this product so far has been the difficulty of finding ways to communicate with customers when problems do occur. We are just beginning using Andon Cloud but have experienced no issues at all yet. Our goal as an organization was to create a centralized place for our team members to go to quickly identify and solve customer problems.
