UpBook is great for all aspects from marketing, managing patients & staff members

I like how it's able to sync with my calendar when scheduling services/appointments so easy peasy! The client portal can be improved - but we do have good success getting new clients through this alone (we don't use Google or Facebook ads). We also found out quickly though as our referral partners are much more effective than trying other methods of advertising such as flyers etc.. Also love having everything in 1 place instead switching between different apps every time someone walks up at clinic!! The ease of use with this system was fantastic! This makes tracking patient visits so much easier than writing everything down in paper files. I do not have any dislikes about using upbook as it has been very easy to learn and implement. We were able to take our time getting used to how we wanted things set up but when we did get over there they helped us out every step of the way. They also are always willing to help if ever needed.

Pros
  • Ability for staff members who aren’t office management savvy too easily update their patients' records via email without needing all those long sheets filled w information, phone number & insurance info which just gets lost anyway..and then forget what you had done once back into your own world!!! All data is stored centrally making sure that no matter where anyone goes across an entire organization
