UpBook has made things faster for us

I like how easy it is to use and navigate through. The customer service at upbook is excellent! They are always willing to answer any question or help with anything. Sometimes there can be some lag time between when I enter something into the system and when it appears on my screen. Also sometimes there will be an error message appear and they won't tell me what it says. If you want an easy to use booking system this is it! We have been able to streamline our scheduling process so much more…

Easy to use for keeping track of patients

The ability to send out emails with reminders! I can also set up my own rules when scheduling patients (e.g., if they have been in before or not). This really helps me keep track of where we are at as far back as last month's appointment schedule goes. Sometimes it takes awhile after clicking "send" until there actually appears any email - so be patient!! If someone has had their first visit scheduled but hasn't yet come through our door then this makes tracking them much easier than having no…

I like how it's able to sync with my calendar when scheduling services/appointments so easy peasy! The client portal can be improved - but we do have good success getting new clients through this alone (we don't use Google or Facebook ads). We also found out quickly though as our referral partners are much more effective than trying other methods of advertising such as flyers etc..   • Ability for staff members who aren’t office management savvy too easily update their patients' records via email without needing all those long sheets filled w information, phone number & insurance info which just gets lost anyway..and then forget what you had done once back into your own world!!! All data is stored centrally making sure that no matter where anyone goes across an entire organization
