I like that it has all of my business contacts in one place, including phone numbers for customer service issues as well contact details with companies such as Zendesk or Salesforce to send emails through their platform. It could be useful if you are working remotely because everything is stored locally so there isn't anything available online that cannot also help me store information offline (evernote). Make sure not too much data can get into your computer/phone storage space - otherwise having this tool won't make sense at all! When sending newsletters to clients or customers, being able find out how many people opened them makes the process more effective and saves time from needing someone's direct attention every time something goes wrong.
