Personally I didn't like it at all. I followed the instructions in the brochure (those troubleshooting instructions were a bit passive aggressive lol) and still didn't get it to work properly. If you have to boil it down to science to work, then I don't want to use it. Although that's just my preference. There are too many variables so I think it can give you a new experience every time rather than a guaranteed easy and perfect step-by-step execution every time. So I immediately threw mine in the trash. I don't have time for that, even if it's supposed to give you up to 2 months of hairlessness. I guess I'm just a razor. Also, I don't think it's that good for sensitive skin because the few times I've tried plucking my hair it has irritated the skin so I'm not sure if it's really sensitive skin.
