Positive aspects: pleasant texture and pleasant smell. On the negative side it made my hair worse. I really don't understand why it worked so badly for me. These ingredients in the OGX conditioner worked great for me, so I gave this one a try. Not only was it completely useless, it also made my hair worse. I felt like I had starched bouffant. It was dry and sticky. I've tried a number of ways, once a little, then the usual amount, and then a lot in desperation. OK. I ended up throwing it away.
