Got this instead of a more expensive unit. At first I was very surprised by the sound quality. Very satisfied. The only thing that confuses me is that there is no connector for the charger in the kit. Just a micro USB cable. My setup is an old Sony amp sitting inside with a pair of Bose patio speakers. I was using an old Android phone with Spotify and controlled the song selections from my current phone over Wi-Fi, but I had to get up and go inside to adjust the volume. This solved my problem over bluetooth and allowed me to control the volume on my phone. The only thing that bothers me is the lack of a socket. Also, I'm thinking about buying a few more to solve a similar problem around the house. I am very satisfied for the price. It should also be added that the Bluetooth signal range appears to be longer than the advertised 32ft. With the device right inside the house, I walked about 45 feet or so into the yard and it never lost signal. Update: Well, it worked great for a few days and then disconnected. Tried another bluetooth source but it won't connect either. Too bad. I was very happy with the product and optimistic to purchase another one. I will return this one and try another brand.
