I got this because the dealership that had the previous one I bought went out of business. This one is better because the dealership had a big promotional sticker on it that I couldn't put down. Anyway, this is for my other car. It fits in the back pocket of the front seat. It's range, but I don't see it as a problem and it's just annoying when you put it up front. There is not much space in my car(s). It came with lots of velcro and a protector for the back seat pocket, neither of which I use. You don't need a back pocket gizmo if you're just careful, but I have a suggestion for the manufacturer. Do not divide the part that fits in the bag into two parts. It just makes it harder to put in your pocket.
