I bought this will be a prize during our all day Valor Quilting where we sew quilts for veterans. I have one that I use and love, although I have a larger one and it's not from this company. But I bought this rug because of the price. Great price for a wool rug and the perfect size to sit on a table next to a sewing machine and iron the details with a mini iron. It retains heat and both sides feel well pressed. The lady who won this loved it, she had never had this before. I hope it worked out well for her. One more note: Mine is on a wooden TV tray. It won't harm my wood surface at all because it's so thick.
