This is my morning protein. No more wheat belly! Mix 1 scoop of this with 1 banana, 1 cup berries or mangoes, handful of herbs, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 2 teaspoons unfiltered apple cider vinegar, 10 ounces almond milk and kefir, 1 teaspoon raw honey and 5 ice cubes. Place in a tall insulated mug. Makes about 24 ounces. and 500 cal I number. I never get tired of it. I've had enough for lunch. Delicious prebiotic/probiotic shake with fiber, calcium, iron, resveratrol. Everything you need and so much protein! Quick (once you memorize the recipe), eat on the go. But it's so delicious that I usually stop before I get to the corner. Got this from Drs Oz & Yunger with my own variations. Enjoy and be healthy. Update: The box arrived damaged on August 21st and the powder was falling apart. Replacement delivered quickly, just like the first one. Damn, I miss powder.
