It is absolutely plug and play. When you're on the go, you don't need to use a power adapter. Simply use the included USBC or HDMI cable to harness your laptop's power. Just remember to connect the USBC cable to the top port of the monitor and you are good to go. It was exactly what I was looking for. The fact that you can fold it up and carry it around in your laptop bag is fantastic. No more trying to work with multiple programs on one laptop screen. The monitor has a clear picture and decent sound for a portable monitor. An advice. If you're running the program from a virtual server and the image doesn't fill the entire screen and the program doesn't work properly, try increasing the display scaling and layout to 125%. This worked for me and my problem was solved. So far I like this monitor. I've been using it for several weeks until now. Let's see how my first ride goes next week. i am sure i will love it.
