Highly recommend this brush!My sister has very thick, very kinky-curly hair, and has always had a problem trying to brush her hair.I purchased this as a gift for her, and she loves it! It has the best of both worlds - nylon bristles to detangle hair, and Boar-Hair bristles below to smooth hair.She loves it when I treat her to a hair brushing session to help mellow her out lol!She loved it so much that she bought one for our cousin (has similar hair), and I actually bought a spare in case this one starts to break down at all!
