Review on Coghlans Pop Up Camp Trash Can by Avery Sharma

I wanted to love it more and at first sight it seems big

I wanted to love it more and at first sight it seems big. We have used this type of pop up bins for camping for years and there are several brands. We got this one because it has a zipped lid to keep bugs and pests out overnight. The problem is that you can only zip it up by taking the bag from the edge, which is pretty tricky on a regular basis, so we don't do it often. Then there's a pocket for storing a bin liner, but it's on the lid itself. These cans are flexible no matter what brand you buy. They are easy. However, placing a bag holder in the lid will cause the entire jar to sag if you have more than a pair in it (and when you're camping you'll often want to change your bag at least a day or two). Finally, other brands have velcro when folding. This one has toggle buttons and small loops to install them. Closing/opening is awkward and we feel like we spend twice as much time on it as other brands.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • I won't say anything
