A week later: I have a hard time trusting external hard drives due to my terrible experiences with Western Digital and Seagate. I decided to try a new brand and saw that this drive had some good reviews. So far so good, it's quiet and quite fast on USB 2.0. I run a media center on my Mac Mini and recently ran out of disk space. I moved all my media to this drive and it plays with almost no lag. It installed within a week and it worked pretty hard with no issues. The review will take place in 6 months.
