Because I am someone who places a high level of importance on their stationery and academic materials, I was eager to test out Jetec Online Store. When I finally did receive a response to my question, it was unhelpful and dismissive, and I had to wait several days for it. The fact that their shipping was both sluggish and unreliable was the icing on the cake. I had to wait several weeks for my purchase to be fulfilled, and when it did come, there were several things that were missing entirely. In a nutshell, I cannot think of a single person who might benefit from shopping at Jetec Online Store if they are searching for high-quality office or academic supplies. Their product offerings are of a low quality, their selection is limited, and both their customer support and shipping options leave a lot to be desired.
