I like that there are so many options available to customers, it's very user friendly with no unnecessary features or functions which can be confusing at first but once you get used to using them they become second nature! The amount of time spent away from my desk when doing maintenance work for clients as well having everything run smoothly without any problems would have been impossible if not had this software system set up properly before hand - just make sure your sales people know how these systems operate otherwise mistakes will occur which could cost more than expected!! We've never really encountered anything we dislike about our account manager who has always taken great care over us during all stages of business transactions (from initial contact through contract signing).
