My mop came with only one head and it turned black after washing 2200 square feet of porcelain stoneware. It also broke in the washing machine. A spare pad I've used to date came out clean after a bleach wash, but I think the secret is to hang it to dry - don't tumble dry or it will be difficult to get on the mop , and it can break. . You can also buy them with a mop as you will need more than one pad.
