The cleaner itself works well, offers sufficient suction. The retractable cord features yellow and red indicators to let you know when you've reached the maximum cord length. The supplied mounting solution is completely impractical and cumbersome. The suction hose itself is too short, it should be long enough to reach the top edge of the center door frame, but it doesn't. The suction hose has a built-in elbow that prevents it from getting into tight spaces. The crevice tool has a collapsible brush that grabs fabric (like when you're trying to use it between a sofa cushion). This vacuum cleaner cannot clean carpets. This vacuum cleaner does not have a mechanical brush to beat carpets, sucking in air makes it rotate. I wrongly assumed that due to the fact that there are two floor mounts, one is electrically powered and the other is for hard floors, this is not the case. I tried using this vacuum for a few weeks but decided it wasn't worth the trouble. I use a store-bought duster and a rug stand, hoping it can handle both. It is not. I might try to find a backpack that it fits in and buy some better attachments, just use it for dust.
