Great product. Comes with an extra pigtail for different connectors. Not so easy to install yourself if you don't have an AC regenerator. It's not a fan issue, it's a Dodge. You need to remove the 2 rubber bushing retaining bolts, disconnect the condenser from the leads and take the whole thing off. Then remove the 4 screws (2 on each side) to remove the condenser from the fan cover, then reverse the steps for the new one. Don't forget to reuse the rubber mounts and bushings from the original case. It's not that difficult, but removing the refrigerant and adding it back in requires special equipment. That's the only problem, but like I said, it's a workaround, not this product.
