Manufacturing defect

Have exactly this stamp. and that was backwards. Not as pictured. I emailed the seller or Revain and was pleased they responded and said they would contact the manufacturer. I thought it was really responsive. I haven't heard anything since then. I'm stuck with an inverted punch. and I am very afraid to order another one or other similar ones. I see it's still showing. But there is no certainty in the order. In fact, I feel like it should be replaced when it's fixed.
