very poor sound chip and poorly synchronized with the time

The clock shows the time but only visually, the birdsong function is too much. Our other versions of this clock (the other bird version and the frog version) are easy to read and its chime can be heard around the house. This clock can only be heard if you stand right next to the clock and it often chimes 10 minutes to the hour, but that's inconsistent. My husband spent quite a bit of time setting the right signals for the right bird but couldn't get it to ring in time. Due to the design of the background, the dial is harder to read than the original version.
