Tensioner bracket does not fit properly on engine. The part of the bracket that contains the 10mm hex bolt has a lip that is too long which makes direct contact with the motor/oil pump and prevents the tensioner from rotating freely. The new pulley could not be replaced with the old bracket because the diameter of the screw holes is different. Took me back in time a lot. Now you need to buy the right pulley and bracket. Update: I was ok with the seller and they went out of their way to fix the issue. From 2 to 4 stars for customer service.
