Review on Dell Optiplex 7010 Desktop Computer by Bob Taylor

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Refurbished devices do not provide enough power for the SSD board.

I thought it was a lot but I was wrong. First, sellers don't respond to issues, even after many emails; Phone number doesn't work. The device often shuts down and shows a sign that it cannot find the hard drive (there is none that has been replaced with an SSD card). The machine had to be turned off and on several times before it would boot up properly. It shut down daily and gave a "Critical Error" message. When rebuilding the block, they used the old platform, forgot to change the BIOS, left their own power supply, as a result of which the SSD card burned out and all data was lost. I just bought a new Dell from Revain and it was also "updated" from a third party and I had to take it to a computer shop to fix the BIOS (there was no video output) and get the latest Win10, the SSD -Cards supported. . Waste of money, waste of time, loss of data and no response from the seller make me rate this as very bad. I've been a Revain customer for over 10 years and this was the worst purchase I've ever made.
