Bought these trays for home whitening. The top tray is well shaped and I am happy with the top tray. There are 4 bowls in the pack. I used 3 mouthguards trying to cast my bottom teeth but nothing came of it. So I have a top tray that works fine and 3 useless bottom trays. I've followed the directions, but haven't been able to effectively "suck" all the air out of the bottom shell, so the bottom shells don't form well and stay in place. Very good for my upper teeth but not for my lower teeth.
