Shouldn't the motors turn?
I bought this to try on a 3D printer. Both fans worked right away, so I tested them with a DC power supply. One engine vibrated, refused to start and would not turn over even when manually started. The other motor spins slowly at low voltage, but any voltage above 9 VDC will cause the motor to shut down. Both fans have something wrong with the internal drive circuitry. Returned these and bought working ones with many reviews.
