This wig looks beautiful, but it tangles easily. I just kept a small comb with me, and comed it out gently, inch by inch, every 30 minutes to an hour. Between that I would finger comb the hair to keep it presentable. I did not pluck the hairline, but if you do, it should be gently. You dont want holes in the lace. I was satisfied with the unit, and I knew that I was only going to wear the wig for 3 days. I bought 2 just in case, but if you are ok with high maintenance, this can be a nice style for anyone. I did trim some light layers in the front as well. I watched Carli Bybles' YouTube video on cutting layers into long hair, and wahala! It made the wig look so much more natural. The parting space is great. Its 6 inches deep and parting looks great without plucking. I did add concealer to the part to make it stand out. The 13x6 fits my big head with just the right amount of room on the sides to cover my sideburns. It's ALMOST too small and showing my natural hairline. But I do have a big head. Lol The lace is soft and I didnt have to tint it to my skin color. I used the Got 2b Glued hairspray and hair gel (one light layer) Then I tied the front down with a stocking and left it on for 20 min. I took the stocking of and wiped the little bit of visible glue off, and put a hint of bronzer over the front as I was doing my makeup. The unit sheds alot and the white fibers make it that much more visible, bit I love the look so much I did not care! Overall I got a MILLION compliments while I was in Los Angeles for New Years Eve. I would not work out or do any strenuous activities with this unit. The fibers stick to my face and body with the tiniest bit of moisture or perspiration. I would never fully submerge the unit in water, even to cleanse it, because the wig will be ruined immediately.
