Bought this as a gift for Christmas, just managed to get to it today (5/3/21) due to covid. The installation guide was super confusing at first, and we were missing a screw (though I had no idea because it was hard to tell which was which). I emailed the OneTwoFit company and the person I spoke to (Darby) replied to me quickly and was extremely helpful. They helped identify what I was missing, sent me a small partial refund so I could go buy the missing part at a hardware store, and also sent me the digital installation guide at my request. It was a lot easier to understand it by being able to zoom in.It took about 3 hours to get this thing built. I sorted and labeled all the screws first so I could grab what I needed quickly, and once I figured out what was what it was mostly a matter of getting it put together. A little confusing still but I figured it out in the end.The bench/bar set up itself is very lightweight but is also sturdy enough. I like that the bench folds up for a smaller profile when not in use, and the whole thing can be dragged to the middle of the room easily when in use.All in all a good purchase, and made better by great customer service.
