We are now using cressi for almost everything our department does! From forecasting demand & supply issues we have noticed time savings of up tp 80%. The most important aspect that I like best was implementing all aspects from sales through execution/service delivery - very happy so far!! Nothing yet other then what everyone says great price point compared wtih competitors products which makes it easy when you need customizations etc.. The team at CRESCO are very helpful when you do need some one else looking over your shoulders!They make sure everything runs smoothly by keeping close tabs of things that may be out off track along our journey - like missing forms etc..I would say they could improve their communication channels but this isn't something I've found too difficult or frustrating overall it takes time for them all get used so its worth setting up regular meetings/call backs if thats what works best for everyone involved.
