Review on 🥃 Glencairn Crystal Whiskey Glass Set - 6-Pack, Clear & Elegant Design by Daniel Elgee

I have about 3 Crate & Barrel Glencairn lenses. They have a large well defined engraving on the underside depicting Glencairn glass. These are different - the text engraved below is more italic and less legible. The letters are also thinner and the engraving looks less clear. This leads me to believe that these are inferior and/or possibly counterfeit Glencairn glasses. The shape of the lenses is the same and I can't really tell there are other differences, but it makes me suspicious of the quality of the lens. . Unfortunately I gave them away and didn't have time to buy Crate & Barrel at the time. If I had to do it all over again, I would probably choose C&B glasses that I know are genuine and of high quality. I guess there's a chance they're still ok, but when you buy these glasses details are important so I'd rather pay a little more to make sure those details are correct and the glasses are genuine. If that's not important to you, then I'm sure they are functionally the same. Can't comment on comparable durability or longevity yet, but will update my comment if people who have gotten them from me run into problems in the future.
